I teach reading intervention to the most amazing and imaginative boys and girls and they just love to learn. Most of my students come from homes where Spanish is typically the only language spoken, so not only are my students struggling readers, they are also ELLs. Most of the students in the school receive free or reduced lunch and rarely do they have books at home, let alone technology to access books online. My school is one I which we don't have a lot of technology and our resources are very limited. Our school is the largest elementary school in our district. Even though it's large, the school feels like a family.
