The items I have requested are perfect for my Special Ed classroom as this is our first year together. I want to make our classroom colorful and bold enough to capture my students attention and keep them engaged with the pocket charts and the big bold calendar. Students are going to hug the world because history is fascinating and forever changing. I know they are going to love that huggable globe as it will give their senses a jumpstart every period. As our classrooms continues to develop I know my students will enjoy seeing their work up and protected in the clear sleeves. I can't wait to see our class unite and I look forward to captivating my students with bold colors. Being in this special setting is so rewarding and every goal made and accomplished is huge for us as a group and as school family. As a History teacher we will be discussing our Presidents hence the Presidents bulletin set. We will need the clear pouches to display our work. We have requested pocket charts to display our calendar and word walls and our daily schedules. There are different timers requested to because we are here trying to show our students concept of time and timed activities. All of these resources are going to help my students have access to our daily activities and keep them engaged through all of their senses.
