My kindergarteners are absolutely in love with learning! Located in central Harlem, the large majority of our students live in public housing directly across the street from our school. Ours is an ICT (Integrated Co-Teaching) classroom where there is a full-time special education teacher (me) as well as a full-time general education teacher in the classroom at all times. With the extra support of two teachers, our students are thriving, but we would be able to accomplish so much more with the right materials.
