I teach 4th grade math and science. Many of my students come from farming backgrounds and work on family farms. I find that by providing them with enmaterials that spark their interest, I am able to increase their intrinsic motivation to do well in school. These students are hardworking individuals who need a diverse and engaging education to spark their love for learning. My classroom is known as a fun area. This is because I create an atmosphere that is fun and built around games/activities. I do my best to engage the students using multiple learning styles. I have spent these last few years developing as much individualized instruction for my classes. This lets me work on each students individual needs and help increase their knowledge in Mathematics. This helps give the best education to each student!
