Hello, and thank you for looking at the projects that I have proposed to support my wonderful students. I have a highly diverse group of very special students with great need. Our class is in a inner-city school district with one of the lowest socio-economic standings, and highest numbers of students enrolled in the assisted lunch program. Since it is the Resource Room, my students need extra help understand foundational concepts in Reading. My goal is to make my students into independent, higher order thinkers. This takes practice; and to practice, my class needs technology! This includes earbuds and mics; this is a conundrum. My school has limited supplies for its large population of students. And most families are not able to provide consistent materials for their children. It will be with your support, these children will have the things that they need to support their eager need to learn.
