I serve all grades from TK-5 teaching project based learning, technology classes, as well as, mentoring our Student Wellness Council. Ours is a small school with very limited resources located in a large urban district in California. The student population is 90% African-American and Latino. The majority of our students also receive free or reduced lunch. Despite some challenging circumstances in their lives, these children's eyes shine and they are ready for learning when they get to work on projects and with technology.

About my class
