Our school is located in the Metro Atlanta area. Over 70% of our students are from other countries and speak 26 different languages. We are a Title I School, our population is very transient, and 100% of our students receive free lunch. Many of our students are reading 2-3 grade levels behind. Few of our students have books or internet access at home. Although many of our students face adversity, they come to school with a desire to learn. I want our students to have access to many different reading and technology formats that will increase their love of reading and learning.
