I am a proud educator in a very low-income school district. Some of the students are faced with many challenges in and outside of the classroom. There are some students in my class who face learning disabilities and don't necessarily learn as fast or even at the level they should, and these disadvantages are keeping them from getting ahead. Every moment of the day, I'm thinking of creative ways to keep them focused and engaged. I am hopeful that they will all join the others on the road to academic success!
