My class is group of 21 fourth graders with a variety of interests and a desire for knowledge. We are a rural school with a high poverty level and we strive to provide students with the best, but we need your help! With 5 fourth grade classrooms and 1 library for over 600 students, it is not always easy to obtain non-fiction texts related to our curriculum. TIME for Kids and Scholastic News are great resources that will demonstrate to students how what we are learning relates to things happening around the world RIGHT NOW. We would love the opportunity to add these non-fiction resources to our daily Reading Workshop!
