The supplies for this lab will be used as an introduction for our students when we being grouping together the important information over DNA, Genetics, and Evolution. This is the first year that we have been able to incorporate hands-on electrophoresis into our Biology classes. The majority of the students will be learning entirely new techniques when it come to using pipettes. The donation to this practice kit, will give the students the ability to master loading, handling, and dispensing liquids with the micropipettes into the gel, which is essential for any biotech lab! Overall this will give the students confidence to continue to push themselves to further their knowledge above and beyond!

About my class
