I am an avid believer in hands-on learning through play and creativity. These materials will help me to make our daily literacy stations and math centers hands-on and engaging! For resources that I can not re-create, I am asking for puzzles or building blocks to incorporate at centers. The banker's boxes will be of grand help in order to maintain our classroom organized. Since I use pictures to support my many ESL learners, having a laminator will allow me to preserve the personalized activities I create for my students. My classroom is full of teacher made file folder games and resources. Both time consuming and tedious, laminating these resources for longevity will also be able to make activities last year to year. This also helps me to be more eco-friendly by turning papers into reusable whiteboards that can be drawn on with dry-erase markers, erased, and passed on to another student.
