Our school uses computer based learning programs such as i-Ready, ST Math, Reading Eggs and other internet based curriculum resources for student engagement and learning. While general education classrooms have computers for students, our Resource Room does not have them available. With Chromebooks in the Resource Room our students can be provided the support they need to continue being successful while working on their general education classwork. Chromebooks in the Resource Room, specifically for our students with Individualized Education Plans, would provide the special education team with the opportunity to assist our students with those lessons assigned by their general education teachers as described in their IEP's more effectively.
