I am a first year teacher and my daily learning centers do not have a great deal of variety. I try to be creative with what I have but the items on my list would vastly improve my reading, writing and math centers. Most of these items including the games and stamp pads would be used on a daily basis in our centers. These materials would keep my students interested and mentally stimulated helping to maximize their learning potential. I also added a couple organizational items to improve our workflow. The magnetic shelves would allow me to keep our weekly readings where the students could access them. Also, the magnetic early writing page would be used daily practicing writing and numbers. I can't wait to see their joy and excitement when they see their new and improved centers.
