With our new Fire Tablets, students will be able to utilize them during class to research information related to the lesson, sign into google classroom to collaborate on group projects with their peers and complete English and Math assessments that will increase their test scores. The Fire Tablets will also be used to help facilitate creativity and individualism within the classroom because students will be allowed with supervision to research topics that will help them formulate their own ideas and opinions. As mentioned previously many of my students come from low-income families who at times do no have the financial means to support the facilitation of their child's education. This means that many of the students cannot complete their homework and other assignments if they do not have a computer. These Fire Tablets will help my students achieve the success they need and make my lessons fun and engaging. With websites such as: Brainpop and NewsEla students will be able to actively engage and become a part of the lesson instead of just being a participant. When students can connect with and enjoy the lesson they achieve more and excel at their studies.
