Physical and mental strength, stamina, and confidence will come with the use of these materials. Students will be encouraged to engage in functional fitness in a manner they have never experienced before and will learn to love it for life! They will be using jump ropes and the agility ladder to build endurance, resistance bands for building strength in their arms and upper back, and medicine balls to build their core. These essentials will get the students started on a functional fitness journey that they can use for the rest of their lives. You will be providing them foundational equipment that will strengthen them for the next level of functional fitness.

About my class
