Flexible seating will allow my students to take charge of their learning in the classroom. Throughout lessons my students are reminded to make good choices about how engaged they are while I am teaching. I allow them to move around the room and become comfortable as long as they are still engaged and following along with the material being taught. Allowing them to make their own choices creates an environment that is nurturing and allows them to feel empowered in their decisions. My students are incredibly engaged and more willing to participate when they are given the choice to move around the classroom more freely. The Wobble Chairs will be impactful for my students because they will allow them to wiggle when they need it and still be engaged in their learning! The BeanBag will also allow my students to have an additional comfortable seating option.
