My classroom is a fun, energetic place to be. Students come into the classroom with a smile on their face and are always ready to learn. They need the resources to help them reach these goals. By the end of the year I want my students to feel excited and know that they have improved. I work in a special needs classroom with students ranging in age from 11-13, who are currently reading at preschool to late 2nd grade levels. My students smile every day and are eager to learn. They don't recognize what they don't have and that is wonderful! I am hoping to introduce them to a world of possibilities which is improved through access to reading. My students are funny and caring, taking care of one another. My school is supportive and is excited about allowing this classroom to grow and flourish. Even with their support, more is needed to make the class successful and that is where I hope that donors like you can help.
