Sadly, this year my school will not have an art or music teacher. It is important for me to bring these subjects into the classroom! I have a passion for helping students recognize their strengths and talents, as well as encouraging them to develop such strengths. I am passionate about helping young people reach their best potential. In regards to education, this may be academically, but also socially, physically, CREATIVELY, and character trait building. I enjoy working with students and parents to create goals for their child to become the best person they can be. I am excited about incorporating songs and art into all school subjects! These materials will help me create inspiring art lessons to help the students reach their full potential. They will enable me to make the curriculum come to life as we do ELA and STEM centers. We will create art projects based on the books we are reading in the ELA curriculum, social-emotional books that we are reading in morning meetings, based on social studies topics, Scholastic News art projects, and the ELA topics that we are learning about.
