These amazing and musical students are committed to the band program and prioritizing music into their everyday lives. Many of these students join every extra curricular musical program they can - they can't get enough of it. Their lives are not always easy; Our inner-city school has 75-80% poverty, but that hasn't stopped their parents from helping to fund their children's instrument rental costs as much as they can, even when that means having to sacrifice something of their own.
