Having a set of Kindle Fire's will help my students to be able to research for STEM and STEAM Challenges, participate in engaging activities that will go with their lessons; such as using Kahoot, Plickers, and QR Code apps. They can explore the world outside our classroom walls. We recently went on a "Place Value Scavenger Hunt" with QR codes leading the way. Since we do not have any hand held technology in our classroom, we borrowed from a fellow teacher, but your generosity would allow us to have our own technology to share between two students. : ) We would be thrilled to have these items donated to our classroom, for it will put us one step closer to being a technological savvy classroom!
