My kindergartners attend a Title I school in a predominantly low socioeconomic status neighborhood. A majority of my students are English Language Learners with Spanish being their first language. My students do not let these obstacles dampen their positive attitudes. They come to school each day with bright eyes and enormous smiles, eager to learn. My kindergartners are hardworking and grateful for the resources that we have.
