I am looking to better individualize for my students' unique needs. We will be using the wiggle seats, kneaded erasers (which are like putty but serve multiple needs) and fidgets when students have a long and difficult task. Some of the basic items on the list are needed to have a fully functioning classroom, while the other items serve as tools for individualizing for special needs. Our classroom needs a new stapler, tape dispenser and storage pocket chart, but we also need consumables such as contact paper and laminating sheets for visual aids within the classroom. I positively reinforce behaviors and goal attainment through the use of "brag tags," and my students love them! (Brag tags are little laminated encouragement cards that are homemade with my printer and a hole punch; parents love them for communication and students love to collect them on their rings). Thank you for considering my project!
