In turn, this burns more calories and increases metabolism. It also helps keep young minds more alert and focused. Flexible seating works similar to fidget toys and allows students to fidget by bouncing on a ball, standing, balancing on a wobble chair. The tool fits into student centered management because they must make appropriate choices for where to sit and be most productive.
