Welcome Friends! The past 7 years I have had the pleasure of working as an English Language Arts teacher and Inclusion Specialist for Boston Public Schools. I have loved working in an urban environment because of the diverse population the city offers. I have learned so much from my students and experience in the classroom. For the upcoming school year I will work with students from grades 5-8 as a Literacy Specialist. Data and research has shown educators the need for strong, effective literacy interventions for our students reading and writing below grade level. I am looking forward to providing this support so that all students are ready to take on the high demands of academic rigor and feel successful across all academic and extracurricular experiences.
