I continue to be impressed by how hard students work and push through challenging times or situations. At my school, the students are able to earn what we call "Becker Bucks". They use this as "money" to spend on rewards. They get Becker Bucks by showing that they are equitable, achievers, respectful, and safe. This positive behavior intervention support has done wonders for our school. We have seen a vast decrease in behavior write-ups, and all around an improvement in school spirit and community. In my classroom, I want my students to be able to spend their bucks on things that really interest them, such as candy and prizes. They work so hard each day and deserve to be rewarded for their work. Your donation will help me to give that to my students and to celebrate them.
