About my class

We are gearing up for another school year! Every teacher knows just how important the first few moments, days, and weeks are for building relationships, establishing routines, and orienting students to their new learning environment. The new furniture will "revamp" my classroom! The new stools and storage bench will make the classroom more inviting and will allow for more flexible seating options during student working time. I will also be able to set up multiple learning/teaching spaces within the room to accommodate my students' varying needs. In order to collaborate most effectively with my grade-level special education teacher and paraprofessional, I need to optimize multiple learning spaces for small group instruction! The other materials will help me to establish learning and homework routines and model the organization needed for third grade as my students become more responsible, independent learners.
