Having taught in urban public school districts for sixteen years, I know how children consider school as a place where they can be safe and comfortable learning knowing that they have teachers that truly care for them. I always strive to create a fun, high energy learning environment for my students. This school year is no exception. It is my goal to continue creating a safe space for my students where they can learn and be the best versions of themselves. I constantly seek ways and opportunities to better my craft and to create highly engaging lessons for my students. My students consider my class as a safe haven where learning is not a chore but a fun meaningful experience.
