The majority of students do not have a computer or Internet access in their home. We need a way to assure they have access to technology to enable them to complete for future jobs. Our school is located in California, the campus boarders a Public Housing Project, one of the largest in the county. The majority of our students reside there. Our test scores on the California Standardized test are still below six hundred, using a scoring scale of 200 to 1000 with 1000 being the highest. Our goal is to have our students score 800 or above. All of or students participate in the free lunch program. The population consists of approximately sixty percent (60%) Latino American and forty per cent (40%) African American. Economically our parent’s low income is subsidized by the government.
