Hola everyone!! My name is Irene Garcia Martinez. I am a teacher from Spain. This is my first school year working for Dallas ISD, and my tenth year working as a teacher. I am teaching the Dual Language Program in Kindergarten. I am so excited! My kids are learning how to read and write in English and Spanish! Isn't that awesome? The kids I am working with are UNIQUE, SPECIAL, AWESOME, SMART, KIND, LOVING, RESPECTFUL, and... they deserve THE BEST! Nearly all of my students come from low income households.
