Nearpod “creates an inclusive and immersive learning experience by allowing students to actively participate in every lesson". Better yet, Nearpod provides real-time feedback to students as complete lesson activites”. Nearpod allows teachers to embed videos into a presentation and because the presentation is accessible on all student Chromebooks, the learners can view the video clips at their own pace. The class set of headphones will allow for this. I know my students will be very excited to engage in lessons such as virtual field trips, game-based learning and quizzes on the Nearpod platform! I can't wait to see the levels of student engagement in social studies soar with Nearpod!
