This is a plan to bring outdoor alternative seating to my students. Students need to speak and listen. In order to grasp the nuances of literature and writing, students need to share. Given our current constraints, the outdoor environment is the best option. Students can take a stool, their chromebook, and circle up outside. They will have flexible group sizes and learn in an natural, relaxed atmosphere. Since their lessons are blended learning lessons, they will have my direction embedded in their digital lessons. However, this flexible seating will allow me to join groups at various times in the lesson. This supports my ability to review, reteach, and enrich the learning.
