Students will be able to use these dictionaries outside of my class (not just at home but past 5th grade). Dictionaries are NOT a dead resource! They help with spelling, learning new words, and finding definitions. Students who are too shy to ask for help can also independently search for the answer or if I am too busy (I have a large class) can search their dictionaries too! I plan to use the dictionaries during both reading and writing lessons. These will also be an amazing resource for my English Language Learners. Thank you for your consideration.
