But every student deserves an opportunity to experience this world despite their social economic status or intelligence. The benefits of technology in the classroom are astounding and should be provided to ALL students, especially those students who despite their learning disabilities continue to work toward academic and behavioral excellence! This is the student population that I am currently supporting. Although my 7th and 8th grade students exhibit learning disabilities, they have managed to overcome these areas of need by recognizing and enhancing their personal strengths through hard work and dedication. It is time for their great efforts to be rewarded! Technology access and its endless possibilities is this reward!
