Flexible seating allows students to have choice, comfort, and fun all within the type of chair. My students are very active learners! They love moving around the classroom, but are limited in their choice of seating. Currently my students' options include regular desk chairs or sitting on the floor. I would love to give my students more choices for seating, so they can be more comfortable in our classroom. The flexible seating options would allow my students to be more comfortable and active while learning. The wobble stools, yoga balls, and wobble cushions would be used as new seating options for students. The wobble cushions also have different textures that can be supportive of students with other sensory needs. The resistance bands for the chairs will allow students to bounce and move their legs while they are sitting.
