In a special education classroom, data is a necessity in order to track students learning and growth. Data can quickly show whether students are completing tasks independently or with prompts and what tasks they are succeeding at, or may need more help with. Specifically, having a kid-friendly tablet will allow for the safe and easy using for my little kiddos. This kid-friendly tablet will allow me and my support staff in the room to quickly record student data without interrupting the flow of the classroom, as well as allow the children to learn how to use technology at their level. Having a set of headphones will allow for them to begin working independently and quietly. Tracking student data online will allow us to graph student progress with the touch of a button. This will help guide instruction for each student and, in turn, allow me to quickly adjust student instruction as needed.
