Science predominantly revolves around collaboration and hands-on practice. This is why science classes have been hit hard by these unprecedented times. In person labs, activities, and collaboration have been put on hold during this pandemic in an effort to curb the spread of the virus.
For this reason, I am seeking donors to help me purchase digital activities and supplies for teacher led lab demos in an effort to keep the spark and curiosity alive in my students! I will use the Teachers Pay Teachers gift card to purchase digital rotation stations, digital escape rooms, and other engaging digital resources to help facilitate student learning in this new setting. I am also requesting chart paper, an easel, general lab supplies, and a rocket launcher in an effort to conduct lab demos and explanations from home. The ultimate goal is to make their online learning experience just as engaging and beneficial as an experience they would have had in a brick and mortar setting.
