Occupational Therapy students learn by doing! They need to be able to see activities modeled for them. They need feedback to make corrections. This is not possible when sitting 6 feet away from them. By funding this project, you will allow students in 7 inner-city schools to safely and effectively receive occupational therapy services which will help them succeed academically. With a plexiglass divider, the student and therapist can sit directly across from each other. The student will be able to model actions and receive consistent feedback. With your help, approximately 130 students will be on their way to mastering skills!
