I feel that creating a cozy reading environment will excite my students even more when it is time to read. I would also love to use these beanbags as a flexible seating incentive. By feeling safe and comfortable at school, students are more willing to work at a higher level. I feel that these seats will help my students to feel more at home in the classroom, which will create a better learning environment for all. Currently, my students lay on the floor and try to get comfortable while they read, but they are always adjusting and trying to find a better position. Not only would these seats be a comfort for my students, but they would also help with keeping them engaged in their books!

About my class
