Our elementary school is comprised of 620 students. 92% are Black, 1% Caucasian, 6% Hispanic, and 1% Asian, Cambodian, and African. There are five Kindergarten and 4 classes in each grade first through fifth. We have Gifted, ESOL, Speech, and Specials-Art, P.E. and Music to instill a love of life long learning through superior instruction. All students are on free lunch and live in residential and apartment homes. This area is in the Northwest area of the county adjacent to the Atlanta airport and one of seven schools within our County's cluster. We experience a warm and safe environment with a newly installed electronic security lock for all doors. The students are eager to explore technology and grasp it with zest. We are committed to ensuring that our school meets and/or exceeds the requirements of the College and Career Readiness Index (CCRPI). Our priority is to develop academic and social skills in each student in an effort for them to compete in our global society.
