My school is removing all the carpet and replacing it with tile. This rug will give my students a comfortable space to share when it is community time, while also giving them their own spots. I chose this rug because it has the color coded spaces to provide each student with their spot and it can also be used in fun and games! We will have many learning discussions in this area. I am excited to be able to provide this for my students! Community is a big part of out classroom environment and giving the students the opportunity to pick a spot to call their own is huge.
