Third grade is a tough year. Students in third grade are transitioning from learning to read to reading to learn. A Time For Kids Magazine Subscription will help these third graders find joy and interest in non fiction literature. They will also have the magazine to take home with them at the end of the week to continue the learning and fun at home with family. Storage bins and drawers are desperately needed to keep math centers organized and materials right where we need them to keep instructional time flowing. Headphones will aid in the use of our computer adaptive programs so that students may focus when they are working on differentiated programs at their academic level. Our students are working to build social emotional skills in morning meeting every day! It is a fun and safe time to explore social skills and gives my Leading Lions a sense of belonging. The bean bags an puppet will be an awesome addition to help keep morning meetings fun during our greetings and share. Pencils, clipboards, and dry erase markers help us complete our assignments and continue to be the amazing authors we are! Please help us explore and learn in a fun and engaging learning environment as we Roaar through third grade!
