My students are dynamic, spirited, and possess a natural and enthusiastic sense of wonder about the world. Our school uses a constructivist pedagogy, which means we build upon what the children already know and are interested in learning. We use provocations to inspire questions and an intrinsic motivation to want to find out more. Each year is diverse according to the particular needs and questions of the students. They attend an "inclusion school," which means that children with and without special needs are engaged in learning together in the same classrooms. In addition to serving as a model for inclusion, our school focuses on supporting positive behaviors, creating community, and service learning. The students at our school absolutely love to be there!
