My students need so much to get started! I'm beginning at a new school in the fall. Any new items we receive will go towards our dream music department! I know every teacher thinks this, but I have the best students! My students come to class every day with a zeal for learning. More than 60% of my students are minorities, more than half are considered economically disadvantaged, and nearly 70% of my students are considered high needs. Despite these challenges, my students enter my classroom with excitement everyday. They enter our music classroom and make beautiful music on ukuleles (thanks to Donors Choose!) and continue to surprise me with their skills, kindness, and grit. It is with sincere gratitude that I thank all those who have donated to us in the past, and those who continue to support our classroom. Every little bit helps!
