After our whole class mini lesson my students get a chance to go to centers while I work with small groups. Centers are a time where they play and learn. They get very involved during centers and enjoy them. Math centers are sometimes hard to find and or make. These centers will reinforce what they have learned and help student's be independent in their learning. Although they do them in groups they are able to do it alone if they choose. These items will help my students and myself in math because they will be easier to organize. These centers will help my students practice what they have learned and challenge the ones that are still struggling. They love challenging each other and racing each other during centers.
