Children will be able to excel if they are given the right support and this is where you would come in. Students in my classroom often come to school unprepared and I believe with the correct equipment, they can be motivated to learn and enhance themselves as their peers in more wealthy districts are able to do. Our students have a limited supply of materials provided to them, which does not include engaging storybooks, or reference books. I hope to instill in them a hunger for knowledge to quench their inquisitive minds and inspire in them a sense of accomplishment. In spite of all the challenges facing them in their environments, they are an inquisitive, intelligent, and aspiring bunch of students.

About my class
