Small-group instruction is key to student success. I work with small groups throughout the day in Language Arts and Math. I would like to color code everything so that students can easily know where to put away their work when they are finished without disturbing my small group. This allows me to focus on my target students instead of answering questions from students such as where to place finished work. I can look at student work after they have gone home and provide them with feedback the following day. Their work will be sorted according to their groups making it more efficient to provide feedback. Small Group instruction is key to student success.
