My students are amazing little people who face many difficulties in their lives. They inspire me daily with their strength and willingness to learn. I have students who range in disabilities and capabilities. At school we are working on number identification, letter identification and writing/tracing. I have a couple of emerging readers in the classroom. We have a technology block during our day where the students learn on chromebooks. We finish our day with dancing and zumba. Although our school is in a low, socio-economic area, we are rich in love and support for our SDC students. I am a first year teacher and this has been the best experience ever.
