Many of the students in my inner city classroom face difficulties every day. A book is a luxury in many of their homes, and it is my goal to provide them with as many opportunities to read as I can. Our school is brand new, and different in that our approach to education is through project-based learning. Many of my students are struggling readers, and it is my goal to provide them opportunities to become stronger readers, and that will equip them with the skills they need as they advance through school.

About my class
