Having a Teacher Easel in the classroom will help keep my students engaged during a whole group lesson. My students need to constantly be engaged and having an easel will help keep whole group activities more captivating. Using an easel helps address the seven different learning styles of each student. They need to be included and active in their learning and having an easel will help address these needs. Having an area to create anchor charts and practice skills is essential to growth and learning. Having a large digital timer will help with transitions. When my students are able to expect what is going to happen, they are able to transition easier.
