In the science classroom, students are not always afforded the opportunity to go on field trips or complete labs due to lack of resources. WIth virtual-reality headsets, I can provide my future scientists with virtual field trips and labs that will help them to process the information they are learning within the classroom. Often times, teachers stick to the old methods of learning, but students are transitioning to the digital age to receive information - which means teachers need to follow their examples. This project will help my students retain information necessary to excel inside and outside of the classroom.
